When dealing with other people it is important that we communicate effectively so we can build positive relationships.

To do this you must take into consideration how you approach others and how approachable you are. If you develop positive relationships with others then information is more likely to be communicated effectively. When listening to them you should always show that you are interested in what they are saying and respond in an appropriate manner. Being clear on key points — if you are having a conversation with someone that involves you giving them advice you should always make sure that at the end of the conversation that have understood what you have said to them.
